Drawing Order: Upon arrival, each candidate will draw a number to determine speaking/selection order for the forum.

 

Question Selection: In number order, each candidate will select one sealed envelope containing a question. The candidate opens the envelope, reads the question silently, then hands it to the emcee, who reads the question aloud to the audience and fellow candidates.

 

Response Time: The candidate who drew the question answers first, with 90 seconds to respond. Each remaining candidate in that race then receives 90 seconds to respond to the same question, in turn.

 

Rotation: This process repeats, cycling through candidates by their drawn number, until all questions have been asked and answered.

 

Closing Remarks: After all questions have been addressed, each candidate will be given 2 minutes for closing remarks.



Candidates running unopposed will be allowed 2 minutes to address the crowd.
