5 Under 40

The 5 Under 40 Award honors five outstanding young professionals under the age of 40 who live or work in the Springhill–North Webster Parish area—including Cotton Valley, Cullen, Sarepta, Shongaloo, and Springhill. These individuals are recognized for their exceptional professional accomplishments, leadership, and meaningful contributions to the community.

Fill out this form to nominate. Nominees are contacted to fill out a form and application. The packet will then be reviewed and scored by a review committee. All identifying information will be redacted and selection is based on professional achievements and community involvement. Nominees will not know who nominated them.  Top 5 applicants will be announced in September.
