Springhill Ministerial Alliance

The Springhill Area Ministerial Alliance consists of ministers from churches or evangelistic organizations located in the Springhill, LA area.  Churches from the area are currently represented by their participating minister in the Ministerial Alliance.

The Ministerial Alliance seeks to promote, encourage, and conduct activities that will be in line with the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ.  All its activities are conducted to strengthen the Christian community in the Springhill area and to promote worship of our Creator and Savior.  

The Ministerial Alliance seeks to carry on the benevolent work of our Lord by providing food and financial assistance to those who have a need.  We also provides lodging and a meal for those who are passing through our area and have no place to stay due to financial problems.  The Ministerial Alliance gives oversight to community Christian ministries, which helps persons in need with rent, utilities, food, etc.  Each year we distribute Christmas food baskets to needy recipients during the Christmas season.  Food for this worthy program is donated by area residents, businesses, schools, churches, and other organizations.   In addition to this, we host an annual community-wide Thanksgiving Service the Sunday evening before Thanksgiving.  The Ministerial Alliance also sponsors an annual appreciation dinner for our policemen  and firemen in our area.

The Springhill Ministerial Area Alliance is an approved non-profit organization and is governed by an elected board of directors and officers.
