●Lumberjack Festival
Our Lumberjack
Festival is held the second weekend of October each year. civic
volunteers serve up red beans and rice, funnel cakes, grilled
hamburgers, and barbeque. Artisans of wood, leather, jewelry, and
fabrics work chain saw sculptors and antique car buffs. Dominos,
woodcutting, photography, pets, and horseshoeing offer areas for
competition as crowds gather, bringing lawn chairs to enjoy hours of
fun.
